As Founder and Executive Director of Impact Finance Center (IFC), Stephanie is the creative force behind several social enterprises to accelerate the impact investing movement and move $1T in investment capital into social ventures doing well by doing good including the following: CO Impact Days, Impact Investing Institute, and Rocky Mountain Who’s Who & Impact Investing. Lauded by Forbes as “the Steve Jobs of impact investing”, Stephanie is continuously innovating IFC’s model, which serves as an accelerator for asset owners, by identifying, educating, and activating early adopter philanthropists and investors who want to become impact investors.

Kyle Reis: Board Chair, Reis Foundation
Kyle serves as Senior Director at the nonprofit social enterprise, TechSoup. Previously, he spent twenty-five years at the Ford Foundation. During his tenure at Ford, he held a dozen roles in programs, operations, and administration. He has a long affiliation with the philanthropic and nonprofit sectors. He sits on the boards of two family foundations and previously served as board chair of the nonprofit evaluation firm, Innovation Network, and of PEAK Grantmaking, a 3,000-member association of foundation grants managers. Kyle has a keen interest in cross-pollinating sector practices to advance social change. In recent years, he has been part of an effort to create a stronger partnership between the social design and nonprofit communities, notably through a “design vanguard” effort spearheaded by senior design leaders from the corporate and nonprofit sectors. He is also growing increasingly knowledgeable about the impact investing ecosystem. Kyle holds a bachelor’s degree from Lafayette College and a Master’s from New York University. In his spare time, he volunteers at a local nonprofit, the James Rose Center for Landscape Architectural Research and Design, recently ran a successful political campaign, plays platform tennis, and has three daughters to otherwise keep him busy.

Joel Smith: Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer, Native American Bank
As Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of Native American Bank, Joel’s primary mission is to assist Native American and Alaskan Native individuals, enterprises and governments to reach their goals by providing affordable and flexible banking and financial services. NAB concentrates on pooling Indian economic resources to increase Indian economic independence by fostering a climate of self-determination in investment, job creation and sustainable economic growth.” Joel Smith was also among those selected to receive the 2015 \"40 Under 40\" by the Native Center for American Indian Enterprise Development at the NCAIED's 40th Annual Indian Progress in Business Awards Gala in Arizona on November 18, 2015.

Chrystel Cornelius: Executive Director at Oweesta
Chrystel Cornelius is the Executive Director of First Nations Oweesta Corporation. As the only national Native CDFI intermediary, Oweesta’s mission is to provide opportunities for Native people to develop assets and create wealth by assisting in the establishment of strong, permanent institutions and programs, contributing to economic independence and strengthening sovereignty for all Native communities. Ms. Cornelius has worked with Native communities for most of her professional career, with 20 years experience working in the Native and rural economic development field. She has a particular focus on implementing financing structures and financial products that propel individual and community wealth building efforts in marginalized Native communities throughout the nation. She is an enrolled member of the Oneida Nation of Wisconsin and a member of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians located in North Dakota.

Michael Barber Alaska Conservation Foundation
Michael started as a Program Officer at Alaska Conservation Foundation in 2013; he now serves as Executive Director. His professional career in conservation began at the Municipality of Anchorage as the LED Lighting Project manager, a project that saved the city millions of dollars and reduced energy consumption by 60%. Prior to joining Alaska Conservation Foundation, Michael co-founded an energy efficiency development company to engage utilities, cities, and military facilities in large-scale efficiency retrofits. As a research economist for renewable energy projects, he applied his energy efficiency experience across rural Alaska. Michael also managed the complex merger of Alaska Center for the Environment, Alaska Conservation Alliance and Voters and Alaska Youth for Environmental Action, a project supported by Alaska Conservation Foundation. Prior to that, he served as Board Treasurer for Alaska Conservation Alliance.
